Santa Ana First City in OC to Partake in Revolutionary "Little Libraries" Project

So proud of my hometown! There’s obviously still so many problems (especially with education) but it’s nice to know that the community is getting together to make things a bit better.

A model of the Millennium Falcon used in Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back.

This tiny version of the Millennium Falcon was created for a single scene where the Falcon hitches a ride on the backside of an unsuspecting Star Destroyer.

Enchiladas poblanas (beef enchiladas with mole sauce) from Super Antojitos (aka Super A’s). So good.

Decaf latte from Portola at the OC Mart Mix. I always love going to Portola with friends. All their coffee/tea/espresso drinks are so delicious and carefully made.

Shared a taco plate (chicken, pork, and beef) with my brudder when we went to the OC Mart Mix for a mini game night + Portola coffee with Darleen, Diane, and Eddy. I forgot to grab the taco cart’s business card but they said they’re there every Thursday night! Their street tacos were delish. However, their beans were especially good. Each taco was $1. If you also want a side of beans and rice, it’s also $1.

THIS MAN IS AWESOME! He played live guitar music in Chapter One that day and was able to walk around the bar/restaurant wirelessly. We kept on wondering how far he could walk before he would have to go back to his area. Once he reached us, he made the “OPPS!” face and started backtracking in the most hilarious way. Anyways, his smile was infectious.

Bottomless mimosas! The waiters would go around with the champagne and you can add whichever juices you want: orange, guava, pineapple, and pomegranate blueberry. I loved the pomegranate blueberry the most!

I ordered a side of Duck Fat Fries (fresh herbs, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, duck fat) since we had a late breakfast 1.5 hrs before brunch.
(Note: the ketchup I believe is made in house so it had a really neat texture)

My brudder ordered the Mac & Cheese: white cheddar, fontina cheese, smokey bacon, fried onions, toasted panko, truffle oil.

Cliff ordered the Elvis: Grand Marnier French toast, caramelized grilled bananas, coconut peanut butter spread.

I got to try some of this and it was sooooooo yummy especially with the flowers!
