Came home and this is what I ate for dinner tonight. My mom was like “Oh hey! Let’s make the most random dinner tonight!”. So I ate… sauteed mushrooms (we have three different types of mushrooms! omnomnom) + tofu, ground beef with lemongrass, red rice, and cucumbers. @___@

Had a family dinner tonight for my dad’s birthday. We made lobster chow mein, “rocket shrimp” with an avocado dip, and sup mang cua (Viet asparagus crab soup).
Dinner with brudder, Cliffbird, and Vy at the SoCo OC Mart Mix. $1 street tacos from the Tacos San Jose cart (They’re there every Thursday!). I just got two al pastor tacos + rice. They sadly ran out of beans, which was what I was looking forward to… SIGH.
Adobada burrito from Alertos. Omnomnom.
Bun Thang (rice vermicelli noodles with egg, chicken and pork) for dinner.
Fish burrito from Alertos. One of my absolute faves.
Vegetable spicy curry with a mini keema curry + nan bread on the side.
Late night dinner. Pho bo kho (Vietnamese beef stew with flat rice noodles)
Chicken with Brussel sprouts over some curry rice. I don’t care what you say about my Brussel sprouts Kelly! They’re yum delish!!!
Dude my mom is killing it today. It’s like she’s reading my mind/cravings. Brussel sprouts and chicken wings for dinner! Yayayayaya
